At CEM, we believe so strongly in supporting our communities, that we give back 5% of our annual profits to charities that help improve the human condition.

To apply for funding, please fill out this form completely. Your application will be reviewed by our staff and each staff member will vote for their top three applications in any given year. There are no rules about what to include in your application, but it must be delivered electronically to be considered.
